I wish we could track subcategory ranking and improvements over time. Kapoq allows us to see current subcategory rankings, and I am currently pulling this report weekly and doing some excel magic to track WoW improvements, but I wish there was a dashboard for this so we could easily tie improvements to our actions (this feature also used to exist in Datahawk years ago and clients loved it). There are many tools that will just track Category rankings, but those are not helpful since it is the Subcategory rankings that we really care about.

Hello just wanted to ask if its possible to have B2B Sales data included in the data being pulled and if it would also be possible to then have the Total Sales data included B2B Sales. Luxardo Client asked us why our number weren't including B2B sales. Since it is about 14% of their total Sales

I need to build the report which is marrying: SP Search Term Reports SB Search Term Reports DSP Audiences So we can tell which keywords and/or audiences are the main drivers on the style (PASIN) level.

Currently, we can only select a timeframe and view rolling days. Would like to see rolling weeks or months in a chart view with a line or tool tip showing the comp to previous week, month and year.

Requesting the ability to schedule multiple specific reports (e.g., catalog, sales, advertising) at the account level with customizable date ranges. Ideally, these reports could be delivered daily via email or made available through a centralized feed (e.g., in Purvey) for efficient access and download.

Can we add the Clicks data to the Ads Dashboard, as of right now we have only CPC. Additionally Orders data and Impressions data is not matching the ads console numbers sometimes so I'd assume Orders data is a total number not ADS only. It would be good if the Ads Dashboard can fully speak to the actual Ads data. Also would be great to add the CTR there as well.

We need a report which can pull DSP data by brand or style using the Orders/Line Items name conversions. That way we can quickly speak high level data with the client and lower the amount of time spent on the manual pulls and marrying the data in excel.

I’d love for our reporting to include pacing metrics (mainly topline sales) for both the month and the year. Platforms like Kapoq do this, and I’ve found it incredibly helpful. Having visibility into how we’re tracking MTD against our monthly forecast and how we’re pacing YTD would make it much easier to clearly communicate performance to clients. It would be great to see at a glance whether we’re on track or need to pivot.

I wish on the daily emails we recieve, we could see both YoY and pervious pervious. For example....I love seeing MTD YoY, but I would love to see MTD compared to the pervious period. I'm hoping this is an easy switch in the BE :) Thank you!

Want to see comps to the selected period at each KPI within the item table. For example, if looking at L7D compared to previous period, I want to see if Sessions, CVR, etc. are +/-.
